Santa clara University

We’re proud to partner with Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business undergraduate program to produce a diverse range of events throughout the year—including Preview Day, Family Weekend, sporting events, symposiums, conferences, and galas. Our role has recently expanded to support additional departments across campus, including the School of Law, BCBR, and the Center for Inclusive Excellence. From high-energy celebrations to mission-driven academic gatherings, we bring each event to life with thoughtful strategy, seamless execution, and a deep commitment to the SCU community.

ACGA Clay & Glass Festival

We provide comprehensive artist management, handling everything from festival application and booth placement to on-site support and ensuring all needs are met. As the primary liaison with associations and the city, we ensure seamless communication and coordination. Our team meticulously maintains timelines, updates and manages budgets, and oversees volunteer coordination. We offer strategic marketing support, manage event staff efficiently, and ensure all service contracts and logistics are carefully managed. With expert on-site festival management, we guarantee a smooth and successful event from start to finish.

BARK in the Park

For the beloved community event and nonprofit fundraiser, Bark in the Park, we provide comprehensive festival team management, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. As the primary liaison with the city, we handle all permitting and municipal services to keep things running smoothly. Our team oversees vendor contracts and services, managing outreach and fostering strong relationships with key partners. We also manage sponsor outreach and coordination, securing impactful partnerships that elevate the event. In addition to on-site festival management, we oversee social media, marketing, and the event’s website, helping to build awareness and drive engagement throughout the community.

WINTER WONDERLAND

We handle all aspects of City permitting and services for this large-scale, multi-week event, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance at every stage. Our team oversees vendor contracts and services, curating a vibrant mix of carnival rides, food trucks, and souvenir vendors to create an exciting atmosphere for all attendees. In addition to managing on-site logistics, we provide strategic marketing support to generate buzz and drive attendance throughout the holiday season. With daily attendance ranging from 10,000 to 20,000, we ensure every detail is flawlessly executed. We also manage the event’s social media and website, creating engaging content to keep the community excited and informed, from pre-event promotions to post-event highlights.

Past events with our wonderful clients

  • San Jose Jazz

Led overall festival team management with precision and energy, acting as the central hub between all moving parts. Served as the primary liaison with the City to navigate permitting and municipal services, ensuring everything stayed on track and above board. Oversaw event vendor contracts and services to keep quality high and logistics seamless. Provided on-site festival management to keep the experience running smoothly from setup to breakdown.

  • Viva Parks Outdoor Cinema

Delivered a full outdoor cinema experience, complete with a giant inflatable screen, high-quality PA system, and professional projection setup. Our team handled all setup and breakdown, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for each movie night. We also secured all necessary film screening licenses, so our clients could focus on creating magical, movie-under-the-stars moments for their community.

  • Code:ART Festival

Messenger Events was proud to produce a dynamic and engaging festival that brought over 13,000 visitors to downtown Palo Alto. Anchored by a major interactive media artwork, the event transformed the urban landscape through six Urban Interventions—creative installations that reimagined storefronts, alleys, parking lots, and blank walls into spaces of participation and play.
